Wincrest Orthodontics absolutely deserves 5 stars! From the moment I walked in, the whole team made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. John is incredible. He’s patient, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand and you can tell he really wants the best result for your smile. Claudia was also amazing to work with. She’s friendly, and super helpful with scheduling, questions, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Together, Dr. John and Claudia make every visit a great experience. If you’re looking for an orthodontic office that’s professional, kind, and truly invested in their patients, Wincrest Orthodontics is the place to go!

We are so happy with our experience so far at Wincrest Ortho. Choosing an orthodontist was a big deal for us and we had consults with several and choose to drive past all of them to come here. The technology they use is unmatched and pricing is comparable for the area, so why would you go anywhere else? Our appts are so quick and every single staff member we’ve worked with are just the nicest people. The Damon braces truly are top notch and we’ve seen so much movement already. We love Dr John and Taylor is our bff. If you want the best, this is it!

From my very first consultation to my final appointment, I genuinely felt important, heard, and cared for every step of the way. The staff is kind, friendly, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable truly a joy to be around. When you’re in the chair, you have their full, undivided attention, and it shows in their work and in the way they treat you. I’m thrilled with my results and even more amazed that I only needed braces for 16 months! A huge shoutout to Claudia, Carrie, Taylor, Dr. John, and Dr. Ben for making this experience so positive. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you for everything! 💛

I met with Taylor & Dr John today for an orthodontics consultation and it was the best choice I made. They listened to my concerns with my smile & teeth and together we made a treatment plan that was less invasive than other orthodontist presented and the pricing at Wincrest Ortho was VERY competitive. Dr John was extremely thorough during the consultation and explained my options clearly and honestly. I signed a contract with Wincrest after meeting with 2 other orthodontist and left feeling confident and excited about my treatment plan.

I felt very comfortable at this office. The staff member who greeted me at the front desk was warm and professional. The doctor was personable, knowledgeable, and demonstrated a high level of expertise regarding my overall dental health. I am definitely planning to move forward with Invisalign treatment at this office. However, I have a few dental health concerns to address before proceeding with the recommended treatment plan. I had an amazing experience at my appointment. Taylor handled my consultation, and everything felt easygoing from start to finish. I had to miss a previous appointment, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating when helping me reschedule. The orthodontist, John, was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had.

She explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. Dr. John was fantastic; thorough, honest, and straightforward about my treatment plan. I really appreciated how he took the time to walk me through options and set clear expectations. It felt collaborative and transparent, which goes a long way.
